Descrição
- Administer, monitor, and support SAP ECC systems on Oracle and SAP HANA databases.
- Perform SAP Basis activities including system installations, upgrades, kernel updates, patches, and support package implementations.
- Manage SAP system landscapes (DEV, QAS, PRD), including client administration and system refreshes.
- Monitor system performance and availability, performing proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Administer SAP transports using STMS and support change and release management processes.
- Execute and support database-related tasks in coordination with DBA teams (backups, restores, monitoring, performance checks).
- Perform SAP user administration, roles and authorizations, and security-related tasks.
- Monitor background jobs, spool requests, batch processing, and SAP interfaces.
- Apply SAP Notes, perform incident analysis, and open SAP OSS tickets when required.
- Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and recovery testing.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, ITIL processes, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with functional, development, infrastructure, and security teams.
Requisitos mínimos
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
- Solid experience supporting SAP ECC environments.
- Practical knowledge of Oracle and SAP HANA databases in SAP landscapes.
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems for SAP environments.
- Good understanding of SAP architecture and core Basis transactions (ST22, SM21, SM37, STMS, SPAM, SNOTE, DBACOCKPIT, etc.).
- Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Intermediate English level for documentation and technical communication.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in mixed database environments (Oracle and HANA).
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
- Experience with SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- SAP Basis, Oracle, or SAP HANA certifications.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell or similar) in Linux environments.
